2. Subscription and Credits

Our service operates on a subscription model. Credits are granted monthly based on your tier (Personal or Developer). Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

3. Use of AI Models

All AI Ask provides a unified interface to third-party AI models. Your use of these models is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). You agree not to use the service for any illegal or harmful activities.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

6. Limitation of Liability

All AI Ask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the outputs generated by the AI models.
